Prepare yourself for a day of nervous system regulation, restoration, and indulgence. Together, we will reset the mind, body and soul in a supportive and uplifting space.

We’ve partnered with The Studio by Catalyst in Rancho Bernardo to bring you an afternoon filled with functional fitness brought to you by Pvolve, heart-opening yoga, sound healing and breathwork. Between sessions, you’ll have access to our wellness lounge - complete with red light therapy, an infrared sauna and other restorative offerings.

This retreat is designed to help you bridge the gap between the physical and the spiritual, cultivating balance and alignment in all aspects of your being. At Root to Rise, we believe that a well rounded, connected self is the key to living a peaceful and joyful life.

Aubrey Taylor:

Aubrey is a NASM-certified group fitness instructor and the founder of Root to Rise Wellness Collective. With over 20 years in the health and wellness field, her true passion lies in connecting people and cultivating a warm, welcoming and energetic community that inspires a healthier way of life. She created Rooted Reset as a space for individuals to come together and experience a well-rounded mind, body and soul connection—while also offering a much needed reset for the nervous system amidst the stressors of everyday life.

Puja Shah:

Puja Shah is a certified yoga teacher with three yoga teacher trainings in adult vinyasa and children’s yoga, and has been guiding meditation for over a decade. A published award winning author and poet, she weaves creativity and compassion into her teaching, blending mindful movement with ancient wisdom traditions. She has taken numerous courses in yogic philosophy, meditation and the timeless practices of her roots. Puja’s classes offer a space to slow down, connect deeply and nurture mind, body and soul.

Christina Rowland:

Christina is a Somatic Relationship Coach & Spiritual Guide. After losing both of her parents, she left the corporate world in search of deeper purpose and became a Certified Life Coach in 2019. Her work now weaves together vocal activation, somatic breathwork, PSYCH-K, sound healing, and plant medicine to help clients release stuck energy, heal trauma, and cultivate more joy and love. Outside of coaching, Christina loves singing, exploring new instruments, and spending time in nature with her partner and two dogs.
